All-Russian Decorative Art Museum
#2
The museum houses works of decorative and applied art of the 17th-21st centuries. The main part of the collection was formed by 1999, when the Scientific Research Institute of Art Industry transferred the exhibits, archive and library of the Museum of Folk Art (formerly — Museum of Crafts) to the All-Russian Decorative Art Museum.

Visitors will be able to see artworks made of metal, wood, bone, fabric, porcelain and glass. The collection includes works by folk masters, decorative items of Russian Art Nouveau, Soviet art and works by contemporary authors.

A special place in the collection is occupied by items created at four centers of Russian lacquer miniature: Fedoskino, Palekh, Mstyora and Kholuy — from the first lacquer factories of the 19th century to the present day.
